PICKUP COFFEE, the Philippines’ leading digital-first coffee chain, recently launched its new loyalty program PICKUP Club, reinforcing its commitment to customer-centric innovation.

The program transforms the PICKUP app’s digital rewards into tangible, real-world experiences for users—ranging from exclusive merchandise to by invitation-only VIP events.

This launch is another milestone for the coffee chain as it continues to serve customers high-quality and affordable beverages. All coffee beverages are made with 100% Arabica beans, freshly ground per order, ensuring quality with every cup.

Membership Tiers and Exclusive Perks 

By developing innovative and tech-enabled experiences, PICKUP COFFEE continues to redefine its value and accessibility in the retail coffee industry. The PICKUP Club is designed to recognize and reward customer loyalty.

Each tier offers a distinct set of benefits, including:

  • Delivery discounts and exclusive access to merchandise across every tier whether you fall under Bronze, Sliver, Gold, or Emerald
  • Birthday Benefits: special treats on your birthday month and monthsary treat (i.e. as much as four cups of free PICKUP COFFEE for Emerald tier members)
  • Order discounts: 3x for Silver; 6x for Gold; and, 9x for Emerald tier members
  • Emerald tier members can soon gain access to by invitation-only VIP events
  • Coming soon: Travel-related perks

PICKUP COFFEE’s Perks Event

The program launch was part of the coffee chain’s PICKUP Perks event held at PICKUP PRIME Ayala Mall Vertis North. 

Guests had the opportunity to experience app simulation booths, where they played interactive games inspired by the PICKUP App.

Users took on a series of challenges including snapping photos with Phil the Cup, racing in Catch the Espresso Bean, and testing their memory in Match the Perk. They earned rewards upon completion,.

Points earned from these activities could be redeemed for exclusive merchandise, vouchers, and beverages.

A Disruptor in the Industry

PICKUP COFFEE now boasts over 400 stores nationwide. It also has 40 branches in Mexico.

It is known as a disruptor in the industry for making all its premium beverages affordable, all priced under Php100. 

In a recent interview with The Business Manual, PICKUP COFFEE Global Managing Director Francis Flores revealed that the coffee chain aims to open 20 new stores every month.
