Security Bank Empowers Philippine MSMEs with the Launch of Business Elite Program
The Security Bank Business Elite Program enables MSMEs to achieve more through tailored financial solutions, operational support, and exclusive perks.
In a strategic move to strengthen the backbone of the Philippine economy, Security Bank has unveiled its Business Elite Program, a comprehensive initiative aimed at supporting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
“Building a best-in-class proposition for MSMEs requires a deep understanding of their unique challenges, a commitment to simplicity and value, and the agility to evolve with their needs. These principles have guided us in building Business Elite to help MSMEs grow, compete, and thrive,” said Leo Xerxes C. Cimagala, Customer Value Proposition Head.
“Usually, these features are only available to large-scale businesses. But at Security Bank, we offer them to our MSME clients because we recognize their critical role in the economy,” shared Christina Francesca Torio, Business Elite Campaign Manager. “By extending enterprise-level solutions to them, we’re not just deepening our relationships—we’re helping drive inclusive growth and long-term economic resilience.”
Launched in March 2025, the program offers tailored financial solutions and operational support to help MSMEs scale and thrive in a competitive landscape.
Key Features of the Business Elite Program
● Financial Flexibility: Waived fees on below-maintaining balance requirements and business loan processing, along with preferential rates on business loans, foreign exchange, and time deposits
● Dedicated Support: Access to a Business Elite Relationship Manager for personalized financial guidance
● Operational Efficiency: Access to Security Bank’s Beyond Banking partners offering data analytics, tax filing assistance, business registration support, payroll management, legal consultation, and logistic services at exclusive rates

“Value-added services, such as having a dedicated relationship manager and support on long-term business planning make the Security Bank Business Elite Program appealing to clients,” Jan Carlo Bautista, Business Elite Relationship Manager, said.
To qualify for the program, a depositor only needs to be an active Business Banking segment client and meet one of the following: maintain a Php2 million Monthly Average Daily Balance or have an existing Business Mortgage Loan Booking Amount of at least Php20 million.
The Business Elite Program is part of Security Bank’s wider commitment to elevating services and client experience. Embracing the digital era, the bank continues to integrate advanced digital processes and enhance its applications to deliver more convenient and efficient banking solutions for its growing clientele.
“Security Bank is committed to continuously evolving and exploring better ways to serve our clients,” Torio added.
The launch of the Business Elite Program aligns with Security Bank’s recent recognition as the country’s Best SME Bank at The Digital Banker’s Global SME Banking Innovation Awards, reinforcing its pledge to drive the growth and development of SMEs.
