Employees gain greater control over their earnings.

Sagility Philippines, a global provider of technology-enabled business solutions for the U.S. healthcare industry, has partnered with Paywatch, a leading financial wellness platform, to offer a benefit that gives employees early access to their earned wages.

Sagility employs over 17,000 Filipinos and more than 40,000 employees worldwide. With over 24 years of industry leadership, the company is known for delivering high-quality, human-centered solutions to six of the top ten health insurance providers in the U.S.

People are more than a workforce at Sagility; they drive operational excellence and transformation. The introduction of Paywatch’s Early Wage Access (EWA) program reinforces this belief, completing its holistic approach to employee care by addressing a critical yet often overlooked aspect of well-being: financial health.

“We are committed to empowering employees with opportunities that improve both professional and personal well-being,” said Atty. Jamea Garcia, Senior Vice President for Human Resources at Sagility Philippines. “When they feel supported, they thrive—not just at work, but in life.”

Through Paywatch’s EWA solution, Sagility employees can access a portion of their already-earned salary before payday. This flexibility allows them to manage unexpected expenses without resorting to high-interest loans or other costly borrowing options.

The system is designed to encourage financial empowerment and self-sufficiency. By enabling employees to use what they have already earned, EWA reduces financial stress and builds a culture of trust and accountability. It has gained recognition from organizations such as the UN Capital Development Fund and the International Labour Organization for advancing financial inclusion.

A Holistic Approach to Financial Wellness

Beyond EWA, Paywatch offers a range of embedded financial services such as employee rewards, micro-insurance, and bill payment solutions within its platform to deliver a comprehensive employee benefit experience for enterprises.

Some of the world’s leading enterprises have adopted Paywatch’s employee wellness solutions. Sagility Philippines is its newest partner in advancing financial well-being at work.

“Our partnership with Sagility Philippines advances our mission to expand fair financial access and reduce household debt by helping employees avoid unnecessary borrowing,” said Rowell del Fierro, Country Manager of Paywatch Philippines. “At Paywatch, we are committed to empowering companies with solutions that support their people’s financial well-being, enabling employees to thrive and, in turn, create a greater positive impact in their industries.”
