The move enables customers to better access FedEx’s services.

The holidays are the busiest time of year for gift-giving, online shopping, and cross-border deliveries. As the holiday rush begins, Federal Express Corporation, one of the world’s largest express transportation companies, is making gift-giving and shopping more convenient for Filipinos by expanding its FedEx Authorized ShipCenters network. This move seeks to ensure that customers—whether individuals sending gifts or MSMEs managing peak-season orders—can access fast and reliable international shipping services during the holiday season.

A new 2GO branch located along Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Road in Parañaque City now operates as a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter, further strengthening the company’s nationwide footprint. This addition brings the total number of access points across the country to 290 2GO stores, 18 IPX outlets, and 23 Airspeed locations.

Meanwhile, the FedEx Worldwide Service Center has been temporarily relocated to Asinan 2A-3, SM Asinan Warehouse Complex in La Huerta, Parañaque City, as the Pasay facility undergoes upgrades. This allows customers to continue enjoying the same level of service, convenience, and care even amid operational improvements.

Supporting MSMEs and E-Retailers

While the expansion brings convenience to everyday shippers sending gifts to family abroad, it also represents a strategic boost for the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) powering the country’s e-commerce economy.

With over 99% of Philippine businesses falling under the MSME category, many rely on efficient logistics to meet rising customer expectations, particularly during the holidays. FedEx’s extensive local network enables these businesses to ship faster, simplify returns, and manage high-volume orders with confidence.

FedEx also offers integrated e-commerce solutions that help local entrepreneurs streamline their operations, from order fulfillment and tracking to customs clearance. This holistic approach helps Filipino sellers compete more effectively in the global marketplace, especially during periods of heightened consumer activity.
