Sunlight Air Moves to Clark from NAIA

To provide better customer service, Sunlight Air has moved its operations to Clark from NAIA as it readies more island destinations in time for summer.

To veer away from the chaos at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and deliver better service to its passengers, Sunlight Air has transferred its operations to Clark International Airport from NAIA. In a statement the boutique domestic airline explained that this was “to provide more efficient and on-time services for its passengers.”

The move was made official through a maiden flight from Clark to Busuanga on April 1, via flight 2R601. The company says, this is only the start of exciting new routes that will include flights to Siargao, San Vicente, and Caticlan soon.

Expanding Local Destinations

Alongside its transfer to Clark, Sunlight has also started flying from Mactan-Cebu International airport, offering daily flights from Cebu to Coron, Siargao, and Manila. Flights to Ilo-Ilo, Cagayan de Oro and Caticlan will follow shortly.

“In line with our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and top-tier flights to underserved local destinations, we are happy to have launched our first flight from Clark with the support of the Luzon International Premiere Airport Development Corp. (LIPAD) and are confident that this move will allow us to better deliver our trademark quality of service to many more Filipinos,” shared Sunlight Air CEO, Ryna Brito-Garcia.

Sunlight Air is a domestic boutique airline in the Philippines, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and seamless travel experiences. From its primary bases in Clark and Cebu, the airline flies to select island destinations and operates a fleet of ATR 72-500 aircraft.
