This Accelerator Program Has Selected Its Participating Startups for 2024

Startup accelerator program Scale Up by Endeavor has selected a total of nine startups operating in the Philippines to participate in its 2024 cohort.

The startup accelerator program previously extended its application deadline to encourage more startups to apply. 

Founder-focused startup accelerator program Scale Up by Endeavor has announced its selection of high-potential startups for this year’s cohort. A total of nine startups have been selected for the program, which is exclusive to Seed, Pre-A, and Series A startup founders. 

According to Endeavor, the program “provides a unique platform for entrepreneurs to scale their businesses while growing as leaders.” Endeavor is a well-known global community of, by, and for high-impact entrepreneurs.  

Participating startups have to meet the following requirements in order to qualify:

  • With operations in the Philippine market
  • ⁠Found or is Finding the Product-Market Fit
  • ⁠Actively generating revenue
  • Venture capital (VC) backed (preferred)
  • Getting ready to scale

Selected Startups for Scale Up by Endeavor 2024

“We are thrilled to welcome this exceptional group of startups into the Scale Up by Endeavor program,” said Endeavor Philippines Managing Director Manny Ayala. 

“These companies have shown immense potential, and we are excited to support them in their journey to becoming industry leaders,” Ayala added. 

The nine selected startups for the 2024 cohort are as follows:

  • EDGE Tutor International – tutor support solutions platform

  • Expedock – provides artificial intelligence (AI) agents for leading players in the global supply chain
    • King Alandy Dy, CEO; Jeff Tan, COO; Jig Young, CPO
  • GoRocky – men’s health startup
    • Kiyanusch Braun, CEO; Joaqui Palaña, CCO
  • Humble Sustainability – climate technology company
    • Josef Werker, CEO; Nina Opida, COO
  • Kwik.insure – online insurance marketplace
    • Hamilton Angluben, CEO; Gani Cuyugan, CSO
  • Mayani – agritech platform serving smallholder farmers and fisherfolk
    • JT Solis, CEO; Jeff Bareiro, Chairman; Lance Villanueva, Chief of Fulfillment
  • Remotify – helps startups and mid-market companies build remote teams in the Philippines

What to Expect

Scale Up by Endeavor is expected to run for three months. During this time, the selected startups will have access to Endeavor’s suite of services, which include a mentor network and an entrepreneur peer network. 

Selected startups will also have to participate in meetings that will be set up once a week. The majority of these meetings will be face to face, and the exact schedule will depend on the availability of speakers.
