These prestigious real estate awards highlight the commitment of RLC Residences to quality, sustainable developments in the residential landscape.

This September was a landmark month for RLC Residences, the residential arm of Robinsons Land, as the company won prestigious awards from two Southeast Asian online real estate platforms. RLC Residences won a total of six accolades from the Dot Property Philippines Awards, including the Developer of the Year Award. It also won top honors as Best Developer for the Philippines in the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, together with numerous awards for the company’s properties. These awards underscore how Robinsons Land and RLC Residences are shaping the future of Philippine real estate.

RLC Residences Wins Top Honors at Dot Property Philippines Awards 2024

RLC Residences emerged as the Developer of the Year at the Dot Property Philippines Awards 2024 held last September 12 at Okada Manila. In total, the company was honored with six awards. 

The myRLC Home app earned a Special Recognition Award for Innovation. Four RLC Residences projects also won recognition:

1. The Residences at The Westin Manila – Best Condominium Architectural Design 
2. Mantawi Residences in Cebu – Best Luxury Development
3. SYNC – Best Smart Home Condominium
4. Le Pont Residences in Bridgetown Destination Estate – Best Sustainable Development

PropertyGuru Awards 2024

Five more honors for RLC Residences came on September 6 at Shangri-la The Fort during the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards. For the third year running, RLC Residences won Best Developer for the Philippines. It also won an award for Best Developer in Luzon.

PropertyGuru Group is a Southeast Asian platform that connects property seekers, owners, agents, developers, and enterprises. It holds the PropertyGuru Awards annually.

In addition to the two top honors, RLC Residences received recognition for its individual projects: 

1. The Residences at The Westin Manila won three awards: Best Branded Residential Development, Best Wellness Residential Development and Best Lifestyle Condo Development.
2. Woodsville Crest received commendation in the Best Condo Development (Luzon) category. 
3. Galleria Residences Cebu and Sierra Valley Gardens were acknowledged for their exceptional designs and smart home features respectively. 

PropertyGuru also commended both RLC Residences and Robinsons Land for its work in various segments of the industry. RLC Residences received a Highly Commended award in the Best Lifestyle Developer category. And Robinsons Land received a Highly Commended award in the Best Sustainable Developer category.
