Winners from a total of ten business categories will be announced at a gala awards event, which will be held in November.

KMC Solutions, a well-known provider of flexible office space solutions here in the Philippines, has announced that it is opening nominations for the second edition of the KMC Startup Awards. 

The KMC Startup Awards honor pioneering businesses as well as visionary entrepreneurs who are reshaping the country’s business and technology landscape. This year’s awarding ceremony will take place on November 15, 2024, at One Ayala in Makati City.

“The KMC Startup Awards is a testament to our commitment to supporting emerging entrepreneurs who are pushing the boundaries of innovation,” KMC Solutions CEO Michael McCullough said. 

“We are excited to spotlight the brightest minds and revolutionary startups shaping the future of the Philippine business landscape,” McCullough added.

Winners will be selected from 10 different categories, which are as follows:

• Startup of the Year
• Emerging Leader of the Year
• Innovative Product of the Year
• Innovation in Marketing Award
• Tech Innovator Award
• Customer Excellence Award
• Social Impact Award
• Sustainability Award
• Growth Champion Award
• Best Newcomer Award

The Growth Champion Award and Best Newcomer Award are two new categories that have been added this year. 

How to Nominate 

Anyone is free to nominate for the different categories. However, it should be noted that, in order to be eligible, a startup must have been operational for at least one year and no more than ten years. 

In addition, each category has its own set of criteria that a startup should be eligible for. Nominations are open until October 3, while the announcement of the finalists is scheduled to take place on October 11.

Apart from industry recognition, winners of the KMC Startup Awards will also gain exposure, credibility, and access to valuable business development opportunities as they will have the opportunity to connect with industry leaders as well as potential investors.
