Set to debut in 2026 under license from Condé Nast, the launch strengthens MGLI’s position as a leading force in Philippine luxury media.

MEGA Global Licensing, Inc. (MGLI), the powerhouse behind Vogue Philippines and Allure Philippines, is set to launch GQ Philippines in the summer of 2026. Published under license from Condé Nast, the local edition of the leading men’s lifestyle magazine marks a strategic expansion of MGLI’s luxury media portfolio and a significant moment for the Philippine publishing industry.

“The launch of GQ Philippines marks a bold new era for men’s media in our country,” says Archie G. Carrasco, Publisher of GQ Philippines. “This edition will celebrate Filipino creativity and connect the modern Filipino gentleman to the global stage—redefining style, influence, and the power of Filipino identity worldwide.”

Founded in 1931 in New York, GQ has become a global authority in men’s fashion, culture, and luxury, with 21 international editions including those in the US, UK, Japan, and Korea. Its highly anticipated Men of the Year event has become a cultural fixture in each market, celebrating icons and innovators shaping the modern world.

A Strategic Partnership Anchored in Vision

The partnership between Condé Nast and MGLI builds on their shared success with Vogue Philippines, which amplified Filipino creativity and craftsmanship to a global audience. It also reflects the latter’s growing stature as one of the region’s most dynamic media powerhouses. With Vogue Philippines and Allure Philippines already shaping conversations around beauty, creativity, and culture, MGLI’s entry into the men’s lifestyle segment further emphasizes its strategic commitment to amplifying Filipino voices on the world stage.

Redefining the Filipino Gentleman

Set to launch simultaneously in print and online, GQ Philippines will combine high-quality photography, strong social-first storytelling, and original video content to engage a new generation of readers. Beyond style, the publication promises to champion values that resonate with today’s discerning audience: inclusivity, diversity, and sustainability.
