Marriott International and CG Hospitality Announce Launch of The Farm at San Benito, Autograph Collection in the Philippines

The landmark agreement brings Marriott International’s Autograph Collection brand to the Philippines, elevating the award-winning wellness retreat to a global platform.

Marriott International and CG Hospitality have signed an agreement to convert The Farm at San Benito, a leading wellness destination in the Philippines, into an Autograph Collection resort. Slated to open in the fourth quarter of 2025, the property will mark the debut of the Autograph Collection brand in the country and expand Marriott’s growing portfolio in the Philippine market.

“We are pleased to collaborate with CG Hospitality to introduce Autograph Collection Hotels to the Philippines through The Farm at San Benito,” said Rajeev Menon, President, Asia Pacific (excluding China), Marriott International. “Wellness tourism continues to be a significant driver of travel, and The Farm’s global reputation for holistic healing and transformative wellness makes it an ideal addition to our portfolio.”

With a philosophy centered on immersive, curated experiences, Autograph Collection Hotels are known for celebrating individuality and offering distinctive perspectives on hospitality. The addition of The Farm at San Benito aligns with this positioning, bringing a storied wellness retreat under an international brand while preserving its unique character.

“At CG Hospitality, we have long been committed to developing destinations that make a lasting impact,” said Dr. Binod Chaudhary, Chairman of CG Corp Global. “The Farm at San Benito is a flagship property for us, blending sustainability, wellness, and authentic hospitality. Partnering with Marriott International allows us to amplify its presence globally while maintaining its integrity as a sanctuary for healing and transformation.”

Set across 52 hectares of lush landscape in Lipa City, Batangas, The Farm at San Benito, Autograph Collection will feature 70 accommodations, including one-bedroom villas and two- and four-bedroom private pool villas. The resort will also offer a swimming pool with a pool bar, a fitness center, a spa, and an integrative medical wellness center. Five dining venues, a lobby lounge, and two bars are expected to deliver an elevated culinary experience focused on nutritious, plant-based cuisine.

Strategically located 90 minutes from Metro Manila, the property will cater to both leisure travelers and corporate groups, offering 321 square meters of flexible meeting and event space with natural light. Guests will also have convenient access to nearby cultural and recreational sites, including historic churches in Lipa’s “Little Rome,” Mount Malarayat Golf & Country Club, and Casa de Segunda, a preserved heritage home.

The Farm at San Benito, Autograph Collection will be part of Marriott Bonvoy, Marriott International’s award-winning travel program. It will become Marriott’s 13th property in the Philippines, joining an expanding portfolio of 12 operational hotels across six brands, with five additional projects in the pipeline.

With this strategic conversion, Marriott International and CG Hospitality are set to redefine wellness hospitality in the Philippines, positioning The Farm at San Benito as a key player in the region’s growing wellness tourism sector.
