New Partnership to Launch AI-Focused Venture Accelerator
The venture accelerator will feature peer-to-peer build sessions designed to provide support for the selected participants.
Manila-based venture capital firms Kaya Founders and Ignite House of Innovations have announced that they are partnering with artificial intelligence (AI) powerhouse AI First to launch 100X PH.
100X PH is a fellowship and venture accelerator that is designed to scale the next generation of high-impact startups in the Philippines.
“As 100X Fellows, we take on a singular goal to nurture the greatest generation of Filipino startups— we’re not shy about planting this flag,” said Ignite CEO Andre Yap.
“100X stands for 100X ROI for founders and investors— a testament to 100X impact for customers and markets,” added Kaya Founding Managing Partner Paulo Campos.
What to Expect from 100X PH
100X PH brings together a total of 30 founders. Half of these are already backed by both Kaya and Ignite. The rest will include seasoned operators and entrepreneurs with deep domain expertise. Leaders of Global 200 and publicly listed companies looking to start their next big venture will be part of the list as well. Kaya and Ignite will support these fellows through weekly peer-to-peer build sessions focused on the four First Principles of the 100X Power Dashboard, which are as follows:
- Solve important problems of your most important customers
- 10x outcomes and impact on your most important customer pains
- Build great execution and culture
- Apply the Power Law (10-20% that drive 80% of value) in every layer of your venture
The selected fellows will be officially revealed at a launch event on April 9, 2025.

AI First plays an integral role in 100X PH as it ensures that AI-driven strategies are included in each 100X build from the start. AI First has been known as a leader in AI transformation, empowering businesses to adopt AI at scale in order for founders to gain exponential competitive advantages.
