Fast Food Giant Wins the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award for the 4th Time

The Jollibee Group employs over 31,000 people not just in the Philippines, but worldwide.

The Jollibee Group has won its fourth Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award (GEWA), a prestigious global recognition given to organizations that set the benchmark for employee engagement and performance.

It joins the likes of Dubai Airports, Foster Group, and Manulife Financial on the list of winners for 2025. With its win, the Jollibee Group remains to be the only Philippine-based company to receive the highly distinguished award.

“Congratulations to this year’s Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award winners for setting the standard for a thriving workplace,” said Gallup CEO Jon Clifton. “By prioritizing both people and performance, you are shaping the future of work and proving that exceptional workplaces drive real results.”

‘Our People Are the Driving Force of Our Success’

Jollibee Group’s Global President and Chief Executive Officer Ernesto Tanmantiong has shared his thoughts on the immense honor given to Jollibee, expressing his gratitude to the people within who have worked tirelessly day in and day out.

“Our continued recognition as an employer of choice affirms what we’ve always believed –that our people are the driving force of our success,” said Tanmantiong. “This award is a testament to the passion and dedication of our teams worldwide who bring joy to our customers and one another every day.”

“We remain committed to nurturing a workplace culture where our people can thrive, grow, and find purpose in what they do,” he added.
