Memberships Guidelines

How to Register

  • Go to Register or click the Burger Button in the menu and go to REGISTER.
  • Choose the type of membership then select subscribe.
  • Fill out your first name, last name, email, and password.
  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  • Agree to the Privacy Policy.
  • Choose your preferred Payment Method.
  • Click Sign Up.

How to Login

  1. Go to Login or click the Burger Button in the menu and go to LOGIN.
  2. Enter your Username or E-mail.
  3. Enter your Password.
  4. Click Login.

How to Reset Password

  1. Click Forget Password or go to the Login page.
  2. Enter your Username or Email.
  3. Click the Request for Password Reset.
  4. Click the Confirmation Link sent to your email.
  5. Enter your New Password.
  6. Confirm Password.
  7. Click Update Password.

Members’ Account Page

  • Members are allowed to modify their profiles. This includes your first name, last name, email, and password.
  • Members are allowed to view their subscriptions.
  • Members are allowed to view their payments.

Emails That Members Receive

  • Welcome Email: this email is sent to welcome a new user when she initially signs up for your membership site with a completed purchase.
  • Payment Receipt: this email is sent to a user when payment completes for one of your memberships on her behalf.
  • Canceled Subscription: this email is sent to the user when a subscription is canceled.
  • Failed Subscription: this email is sent to the user when a transaction of theirs fails.
  • Credit Card Expiring: this email is sent to a member when their credit card is expiring
