GrowthCon 2024, the country’s premier business and networking summit, is a conference dedicated to educate, inform and inspire entrepreneurs. In line with this mission, GrowthCon is introducing a new segment: the GrowthCon 2024 Pitch Competition.
In the GrowthCon 2024 Pitch Competition five businesses will present their business pitch to a panel of experienced investors and venture capitalists from companies such as MVP Group’s Ideaspace, Gobi Partners, and Kaya Founders.

Who can join the GrowthCon 2024 Pitch Competition?
All entrepreneurs with a business of any size–even aspiring entrepreneurs who have yet to set up their business–can join the pitch competition. All you need is a pitch deck.
During the competition, each contestant will have five minutes to present their business pitch and three minutes to answer questions from the panelists.

Who are the judges of the business pitch competition?
The Business Manual has assembled a distinguished panel of judges from some of the leading venture capital firms in the country and the region. The judges are Paulo Campos of Kaya, Jay Fajardo of Ideaspace, Phoebe Fontanilla of Gobi, Catrina Magsadia of Foxmont, and Alewijn Ong of the National Development Company.
What are the criteria for judging?
Contestants’ business pitch will be judged according to the following criteria:
1. Problem-Solution Fit (30%)
2. Market Potential (25%)
3. Team & Execution Ability (20%)
4. Business Model & Financial Viability (15%)
5. Innovation & Differentiation (10%)
What is the prize for winning the GrowthCon 2024 Pitch Competition?
Aside from the invaluable experience of learning how to perfect your business pitch from leaders of the startup business community, the winner will also get P600,000 worth of features from The Business Manual. This will provide a valuable boost to any business’ communications plan.
