You will have access to your TBM subscription for the duration of your subscription period, whether monthly or annual.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Please note that cancellation will not apply to the current billing cycle.
Simply click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page, and follow the instructions to reset your password.
If your payment is unsuccessful, please check the available payment partners (VISA, Maya, MasterCard, GrabPay) in your account. If using an online card, ensure that e-commerce access is activated in your card settings.
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email and have immediate access to your subscription.
